The shipping time of your order depends on the products purchased and the number of orders in progress. Customized products take longer to prepare for shipping. Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions.
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the carrier. A shipment by Canada Post without a tracking number usually takes a few days to arrive at its destination, but we do not declare any product lost before 30 days. A delivery with Purolator is usually in 2 days.
