DELIVERY

Delivery by Canada Post or Purolator, depending on the option chosen.

Your order will be sent within a few days for ready-to-ship items.

20h50 & une is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages. If you have any difficulties with your delivery, contact us at 20h50etune@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the situation.

If the package is returned to us due to an address error, we will return the item to you at your expense or refund you, except for delivery costs.

RETURNS

We have a return policy of 14 days , which means you have  14 days after receiving your item to request a return of it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note that the return costs are your responsibility. The delivery costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

* We cannot accept returns on items in liquidation (50% off and more) or gift cards .

Damages and problems related to your order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
